Carmen is the Principal Consultant of Discover U Consulting LLC where she designs highly effective Career Readiness programs for High School and College students. She specializes in helping others identify their professional passion and creating opportunities to develop their skills.
As a former Vice President of Human Resources at JPMorgan Chase, Carmen was responsible for developing and implementing key HR strategies for over 800 employees globally. Some of her career highlights include increasing representation and retention of diverse talent; designing a peer coaching program recognized as a best practice in Working Woman magazine; redesigning multiple business units, and being a Top Rated Facilitator of Management Training and Best Practice Forums.
Carmen began her career in Sales and spent several years as a Project Manager in the logistics industry. She has a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
